AC 350 Cementing Unit

The cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing, fracturing, pressure balancing, extinguishing and acidizing operations at the wells.

Normally, the cementing units are mounted on ROMAN truck.
On request, the cementing and fracturing Units can be mounted on skids, provided with traction and lifting facilities, or on the other type of chassis truck.

AC 400 Cementing Unit

The cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing operations as well as other operations at the wells. The cementing units are mounted on TATRA, ROMAN OR KRAZ chassis trucks.

The cementing units are equipped with a high pressure triplex plunger pump that can develop power of 428 HP at 400 bar pressure under discontinuous operating conditions.

AC 500 Cementing Unit

The cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing operations as well as other operations at the wells. The cementing units are mounted on TATRA, ROMAN OR KRAZ chassis trucks.

The cementing units are equipped with a high pressure triplex plunger pump that can develop power of 428 HP at 500 bar pressure under discontinuous operating conditions.

ACF 1050 Cementing Unit

The cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing operations as well as other operations at the wells. The cementing units are mounted on TATRA chassis trucks.

The cementing units are equipped with a high pressure triplex plunger pump that can develop power of 428 HP at 1050 bar pressure under discontinuous operating conditions.

ACF 700 Cementing Unit

The cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing operations as well as other operations at the wells. The cementing units are mounted on TATRA, ROMAN or KRAZ chassis trucks.

The cementing units are equipped with a high pressure triplex plunger pump that can develop power of 428 HP at 700 bar pressure under discontinuous operating conditions.

ACF 700 DS Cementing Unit

ACF 700 DS cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing operations as well as other operations at the wells, at low temperatures (-40°C ÷ +40°C).

The cementing units are mounted on URAL 4320 chassis trucks.
The cementing units are equipped with a high pressure triplex plunger pump that provides the technical parameters at normal suction.

2'' x 1050 bar Adjustable Choke

As constituent part of Discharge manifold, the Adjustable choke perform the discharge control by the slow reduction of the pressure on free flow , determineted by gradually increasing the passage section.
The choke's needle provides a variation of the passage section proportional to the displacement of the needle in the nozzle on the entire lenght of the stroke.

Access to the needle and the nozzle seat for replacement is possible by dismounting the plug along with all the parts assembled on it.
Locking the nozzle in a certain position of the needle is made by means of handle.
Available too at low temperatures (-45°C).

2'' x 25 bar Adjustable Choke

As constituient par of Water Pump manifold, the 2in x 25 bar Adjustable choke perform the discharge control by the slow reduction of the pressure on free flow determineted by gradually increasing the passage section.

2'' x 25 bar Plug Valve

2 in x 25 bar Plug Valve are used for a complete or partial opening-shutting-off of a fluid flow. The tapered plug seals directly on the body. Clearence between the plug and the body is adjusted by pressing the plug into the body by means of the packing gland.

The gasket between the flange and the body ha stwo functions: seals the plug axis and is the flexible element by which the front face of the plug is pressed.

2'' x 700 bar Adjustable Choke

2'' x 700 bar Plug Valve with Couplings

2 in x 700 bar Plug Valve with couplings are used for a complete opening- shutting-off of a fluid flow, with locking system at 90°. Don't manipulate under pressure. Handwheel shall be mounted with position mark towards the plug hole. Maintain this position of the wheel during any dismounting operation.

2x700(1050) CR Pipes And 45°(90°)- 2x700(1050) Tees With Quick Unions

Transport of working fluids (slurry, mud, water, etc) from triplex plunger pump at exploitation area. The tees with quick unions ensure too the orientation of working fluids in two directions.

4 in Valve

4 in Valves belong to the Fluid end of triplex (duplex) pumps and actuate as suction valves as well as discharge valves.

Exploitation, transport and distribution of industrial water, oil products and fluids charged with solid particles.

CV 12-351 Gearbox

The gearbox belongs to the mechanical transmission from the Wola drive engine to the triplex plungers pump.

This gearbox permits the achievement of 8 speeds for the triplex plunger pump and is provided with one additional output shaft with 2 speeds for water pump drive.

CV 5-200 Gearbox

The gearbox belongs to the mechanical transmission from the chassis truck drive engine to the duplex pistons pump.

This gearbox permits the achievement of 3 speeds for the duplex pistons pump and is provided with one additional output shaft with 2 speeds for water pump drive.

CV 5-302 Gearbox

The gearbox belongs to the mechanical transmission from the Wola drive engine to the triplex plungers pump.

This gearbox permits the achievement of 3 speeds for the triplex plunger pump and is provided with one additional output shaft with 2 speeds for water pump drive.

CV 6-350 Gearbox

The gearbox shafts are mounted in the separating plane of the housings, on the oscillating-radial bearings which do not require later adjustment.

The gears are cylindrical with inclined teeth, tempered on the flankes and grounded.
The free gears are on bronze bushings.

DS Type Triplex Plunger Pumps

The triplex pump are single-acting pumps with "V" toothed cylindrical gear, bilt especialy for operating conditions of cementing units. The pumps are designed to run on reduced revolutions providing proper filling of pump cylinders and more than 0,9 volumetric efficiency on natural suction without supercharging.

Duplex Pumps with Pistons

The duplex pumps are double-acting pumps with "V" toothed cylindrical gear, built especially for operating conditions of cementing units.

The pumps are designed to run on reduced revolutions (17-110 double stroke/min) providing proper filling of pump cylinders and more than 0,9 volumetric efficiency on natural suction without supercharging.

Equipments

To obtain some technical performances (pressure, output), the Cementing Units can be equiped with one of aforementioned equipments without reducing the volumetric efficiency of triplex plunger pump. The equipment is mounted in a liner able for each type and dimensions of plunger. The liner seales against hydraulic body with a "U" gasket and an "O" ring. The liner is fixed with a threaded sleeve which is common for the entire range of liners. The sealing pack (high and low pressure pack) is adjusted with the stuffing box cover by means of the pressing bushing. The stuffing box cover is common for the entire range of plungers. The plungers are tubular shaped and are hard chromium plated on the exterior. They are fastened by means of extension rod and a nut.

Swivel Joints And Quick Unions

Swivel joints are 22R type (2 elbows and 2 hinges) and are of forged alloy steel with hardened grooves. Hinges are sealed by means of one gasket which is mounted without pretightening. The covers that close access to hinge balls are machined in mounted conditions and therefore are not interchangeable.

The elbows are provided with quick unions, sealed by one rubber gasket which shall be replaced when its condition indicates marked wear. The threaded joints of the swivel joints are hydrostatic tested.

Triplex Plunger Pump PET 105

PET-105 triplex plunger pump is designed to equip the cementing and fracturing units in order to perform cementing, fracturing, pressure balancing, extinguishing and acidizing operations at the wells.

Triplex Plunger Pump PET 70

PET-70 triplex plunger pump is designed to equip the cementing and fracturing units in order to perform cementing, fracturing, pressure balancing, extinguishing and acidizing operations at the wells.

Triplex Plunger Pump PET 50

PET-50 triplex plunger pump is designed to equip the cementing and fracturing units in order to perform cementing, fracturing, pressure balancing, extinguishing and acidizing operations at the wells.

Water Pumps

These pumps are some of the most compact assemblies as compared to the performances they can achieve and they have been designed for operating conditions of the cementing units to supply the mixer with water. The water pumps are driven from the secondary shaft of the gearboxes, by means of an elastic coupling or of a cardan shaft.

The water pumps are some gear pumps, their proper operation and volumetric efficiency being conditioned by radial and side clearance of the gears as against the pumps bodies and side covers respectively.
